[imp] disturbing folder issue when deleting folder that contain msgs

appreciate if somebody (my php skill is very green) can come up with a patch that WOULD NOT ALLOW
the deletion of folder if it contain messages. i think that is a decent solution for the time
being. meanwhile think i'll pop into the courier mailing list and see what can be gathered.
