[imp] IMP 3.2.1 - sort order problem and error message

I found the solution.

Courier-IMAP has an option called IMAP_DISABLETHREADSORT which will disable the
THREAD and SORT commands - server side threading and sorting.

I had this option enabled, which was disabling those features.

Turning it on makes both the nasty error go away, and sorting work perfectly.

Thanks for the hints!
