[imp] Need to make minor change

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone can give me hand to implement a simple (I hope so)
function.

We use the latest stable version of horde/imp.

I need to block the user(s) sending an email if their INBOX is over 50MB for
maintenance purposes.
A javascript alert message of "You've exceeded your quota" will probably do
the job.

I've been looking at a few files like open_compose_win.js and api.php but
I can't figure out how to do it.

If anyone can help that will be good otherwise I'll need to spend a few days
looking at the code to undestand how it works. (unfortunately my PHP
knowledge
is not that good)
