[imp] PDF attachments

Hi folks, 
 
I have upgraded my horde installation  
-Horde: 2.2.3 
-IMP: 3.2.1 (run IMP tests) 
-Turba: 1.2 
-Kronolith: 1.1 
-Nag: 1.1 
 
Since then, user are not being able to open PDF files attached to the messages 
clicking on the attachment link. I a user clicks the link it will open a new 
navigator window with no action running on it. 
 
Nevertheless, it is possible to visualize such attachment if the user clicks 
on the disket icon aside the attachment link and saves the file locally (on a 
second operation the user uses a file manager to select the desired file and 
launch the associated program - adobe acrobat reader). 
 
Most users are using vanilla Windows 95 workstations. 
 
What could possibly be wrong?
