[imp] PHP Error

I'm receiving the following error after an install with the RPMs.
Everything is functional but I receive this annoying line above the top
menu.  It is only in Imp.  With the others, mnemo, kronolith, turba, it
isn't there.

Any guesses?
 
I occasionally receive this error too.
