[imp] File size limits

Dear All

I have a few questions, that I hope you can help me
with:
1.  Is there anyway you can set the mailbox size limit
for the folders via imp?

2. Can you restrict the number of attachments and teh
total attachment size?  (I know you can control
individual files using the setiing in php.ini but this
still allows multiple file entries above the limits)
