[imp] Removing the "welcome to.." string

Look in the following:

imp/login.php
imp/templates/login/login.inc
horde/templates/login/login.inc

It is acutally the string  "Welcome to %s" which may be why you had trouble
finding it...  If you just want to change the "Horde" part you
can do so in horde/config/registry.php.  If you want to change the whole
string see the above files.
