If not this, then possibly on one, you have Hide deleted, and on the other, you
have move to trash on deletion.
So for both systems, the message would "dissapear" but on one, it is left in the
inbox (just hidden) and as such the numbering stays. On the other, it is moved
out of the inbox to the trash foulder, and as such the numbering has to change?
