[imp] Login problem

I am not entirely sure why the error arose, but could it have been he was
logging in for the first time after the month end, and it was going through the
automated procedures (removing trash items, moving sent to sent-xxx), and there
was a problem with he emptying of the trash?

Is he able to empty the trash normally?

Just some thoughts.
