[imp] Folder Tree Broken Within Last Week/Two Weeks CVS . Javascript is not working, and message parsing is having issues

I've got a week old CVS and a HEAD checkout from just a minute ago and in the newest CVS, the folder tree is broken in that none of the javascript calls like 'show unsubscribed' , ' collapse / expand ' are broken, as well as imp showing difficulting reading some (albiet random) folders in the folder view.. It just shows them as blank folders, even though I'm positive theres lots of mail. I can't help diagnose the code very well, i just know the newest is busted and the week old is fine..

Tried w/ the newest apache and php, but no help. =(
