[imp] IMP PGP Error

I am getting a PGP Error in IMP that hopefully someone can help with.  I have
installed the gnupgp package, but I am not sure where to specify the path as
indicated in the error output.  Thanks in advance for the help.  Here is the
error content:

The location of the GnuPG binary must be given to the Crypt_pgp:: class.
