[imp] Speed Issues with IMP and high volume messages

Make sure you are not sorting your mailbox by Thread.  Having to search for
unseen messages, and then resort the whole mailbox by Thread, can take a
long time.  Most other mail solutions (e.g. pine) sort by message arrival
by default, which is way faster (there is no need to sort anything).
