[imp] Exchange 2000 and IMP 4.x

When I launch IMP I am shown all of my folders and the number of messages in the INBOX folder, but the headers are not downloaded and therefore I cannot get the mail.

I have search the archives and this mail list, but all advice previously given has not worked.  

When I run test.php in the imp directory IMAP checks out.  I am using c-client 2002b, Apache 1.3.27 and php 4.3.2. Horde is also the HEAD version.  The server is a Sun running Solaris 5.8.  The "stable" version of imp does work properly on this platform.
