[imp] IMP filters obselete ?

Greetings. I just updated to the latest CVS horde/imp/turba.
Everything runs fine, but the IMP mail filters. When I click on the icon, i
get the error :

Filters NOT active
Filter support is disabled on this system.

I checked the configs, and there seams to be nothing in there in order to
activate this.

It used to run out of the box, without any specific config.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
