[imp] Custom Login Page and Image above table

Hello everyone,

Currently I'm working on configuring IMP to be used by our customers. 
My problem lies with trying to get an image above the "Welcome to Horde" 
table.  I've searched the mailing list with very little success, and 
would like to know if anyone has done this, and how they've done this. 
I can easily get the image below the login user/pass prompts using the 
motd.php file, but cannot get the image to appear above.  I've looked in 
common-header.inc and tried to find where I might put the image, but to 
no avail.  Any help would be appriciated.
