[imp] Re-open Bug #1099

Hello,

I've tried to re-open Bug #1099 in Bugzilla but I  can't.  I  used  to
have an login/password there with an old e-mail address but  it's  not
accepted anymore. I've tried to register with my  new  e-mail  address
but  I've  never  received  anything despite several attempts.
Is  there  a known problem with new user registration in Bugzilla?

Anyway  bug  #1099 (http://bugs.horde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1099)
is  about  compose  + attach  file  failing with a
Javascript error at line:
window.status = 'The signature couldn''t be replaced.';
in javascript.inc.

I  am experiencing the same problem. Here is the comment I intended to
put in my report if Bugzilla had let me in:

Same problem here, and magic_quotes_runtime _is_ OFF.
Horde 2.2.3, IMP 3.2.1
Apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.3.2 (built from source) on a fully patched Red Hat
7.3 machine.
Browser is Mozilla 1.3.1 on Linux, but this seems to happen with
just any browser.
Had to change "couldn't" to "could not" in javascript.inc
