[imp] AOL Browser won't display attachments form in Composition Window

	We have used IMP for the last 4 years and have never encountered this
problem before.  A user with an AOL account can't see the attachments
form in his browser window.  The rest of the Composition Window displays
normally.  I had him show the page source, and everything is there.
	Has anyone else ever encountered this problem?  How to fix it?
