[imp] howto disable attachments when we do a 'Save a copy in sent-mail' ?

A patch to HEAD would be great implementing this as a preference.

The default will always remain saving the message with attachments since
that should be what is expected - and 98% of the time (at least for me) I
search through sent-mail to get a copy of an attachment I sent to someone.
