[imp] utf issue

Hi all:
I have a little trouble while use IMP-cvs .In our country Taiwan,there are
still many organazitaion,companies(include Yahoo) didn't encode mail's headers
such like "Subject/To/From" to 7 bit.

I know there are two function MIME::encode() & MIME::encodeAddress() in
Horde,Can any one give me some hints,if i like'd to patch imp.So IMP can
rewrite headers automatically to fit RFC 2047 standard.
