[imp] Language again

Hi Peoples,

I readed all documentation, checked code, look faq and check cvs BUT I've 
always a problem with the language.

Same if I select french in the login page, same if my default language is 
fr_FR, same if my language Option in my browser are only fr-ca, when I log 
inside IMP, all the text are in english. I deleted all my cookies, the test is 
always in english.

Help Me !!!
