[imp] Login/Connecting Problem

I have been having a problem with logging in for a little while, but have
not had a chance to look into it.  I don't use webmail that much, so it has
not been a big problem.  But, I can get to the login page, and I enter in my
information, but when I hit enter, it just sits there.  Where would I look
to debug this problem?

It was working fine at one point.  I am not sure what I did to kill IMP.

I am running Apache 2.0.45, PHP 4.3.1, and MySQL 3.23.56.
