Hello,

I tried to login to bugzilla but it's not sending any emails regarding
the required password, thus I'm writing to you.

There's a bug with imp and new message popup. Even when popup is
disabled (verified that the DB contained 0 at the notify field), when
new mail is received and user manually refreshes -> popup appears.

Can this be fixed?
