[imp] Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /opt/horde/imp/lib/Tree.php

I've installed imp 3.2.2 with horde 2.2.3.  When i try to access the
folders i get the following error:

Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /opt/horde/imp/lib/Tree.php

Any ideas?
