[imp] redirect.php redirects me to wrong page.

Windows 2000 adv.    
PHP 4.3.3
Pear 1.2.1
Horde 2.2.4
Imp 3.2.2
Mysql 4.0
Imail 7.07
declude JunkMail


I am trying to set up a box that does webmail with spam filtering.  When i log 
into horde2.2.4/login.php or imp3.2.2/login.php it redirects me with 
redirect.php to an invalid page. For example 
http://192.168.100.111/horde/imp/redirect.php?Horde=b5292409a2a73c56142ac4c2d13e5c02  
but the above link is wrong.  I also get page cannot be found errors.

Does anyone have any ideas?
