[imp] Qmail + vpopmail + courierimapd quota usage

Hi imp-list.

Last days I noticed that I need to use quota with imp. I am using courier
imapd +   qmail + vpopmail.
In my version quota_hook does not work correctly with courier + vpopmail.
With google search
I also noticed that many other people have same problems.

I didn't find any good-working quota plugin for imap, using courier. Only
this and it requires use of sudo.

If some other people needs it. I thinks there is lot of qmail + vpopmail
systems using IMP?
