[imp] Attachment size - works for 1M, not for 2M

I forgot to mention - the email goes out, but the attachment is length
zero (some mail clients don't even show it).

The errors I get make me believe that the file is deleted before it's
read, but that's obviously not the case as the 1M would fail.  All this
points me to memory issues but as I said, 24M should be MORE than
enough.
