[imp] cannot send from imp mini fix

Hi,

Just wanted to say that I removed the line

document.compose.submitBtn7.disabled = true;

from imp/templates/compose/compose.js (line 185)

and if I disable html composition it now works. (for some reason there is no
submitBtn7 in my compose page)

Maybe I am missing something?
