[imp] IMP 3.2.2 and special characters in folder names

yes. evolution for example gives me the same folder name. so instead of
"gelöscht" I see "gelöscht" in both IMP and evolution. but as mentioned
before if I create a folder "gelöscht" with evolution, I get the same in
imp.
