[imp] Attachment problem.

Hi folks,

I am running (IMP 3.2.2/Horde 2.2.4) with PHP 4.3.3 on Apache 1.3.28 having 
recently upgrade system from old Redhat 6.2 server to new hardware running 
Redhat 9.0.

Since this upgrade attachments are not working correctly. The attachment 
appears in the list (within the Compose windows) but when the message is sent 
the attachment is not sent properly. The MIME headers of the attachment are in 
the message but no actual content. In addition the impattxxxxx file remains in 
the /tmp directory.

Can anyone shed any light on what might be causing this and which settings / 
permission etc I should check.
