Move your mouse so that the mouse cursor (the little, funny arrow moving
around on your monitor) ends at the position in the text where you want to
write your reply. Then click your left mouse button (or the right if you
have a left-handed mouse).
A vertical, blinking line (cursor) will appear where you pointed the mouse
at. Start typing.
