[imp] attach file max 700kb

That such friends, I have a problem with imp. when I want to send a file
of 700kb at the time of pushing the button to send appears a window in
target,  it supports smaller archives of 600kb.

The configuration in php.conf is the following one: 

<Files *.php>
    SetOutputFilter PHP
    SetInputFilter PHP
    LimitRequestBody 2097152
</Files>


This shows to me in log of the sendmail
