[imp] Auto rediret to https if http is typed in URL

Hi

How do you se up auto redirect to the https login
rather than standard http. 

I am using horde 2.2.3 with imp 3.2 with imp providing
the authentication.

I have tried altering the setting in horde.php form
zero to 1 but now the page does not load.

Another quick question.  How do put text on the
welcome page?
