[imp] Problems with URL: 400 Bad Request

I've had IMP working for some months now, but recently had to upgrade 
the entire server. Now there's trouble.

The login page displays as it should (over https)
	https://webmail.macvaerk.dtu.dk/

but when the user clicks 'Log in', she gets directed to a new 
https-url, that in turn directs to a http://macvaerk.dtu.dk:443/-url. 
That's where things end (obviously).

I've set
	$conf['use_ssl'] = 1;
in the configuration file, but no luck.

I'm running Horde 2.2.4 and IMP 3.2.2
	https://webmail.macvaerk.dtu.dk/horde/test.php
