[imp] Blank Message Bodies

I know it's typically a faux pas to respond to yourself on a mailing list, but
since my problem has been resolved, I thought I'd do so quickly both to let
others know not to worry about answering and for the sake of the archives.
It appears that simply restarting Apache after installing all of my packages was
what did the trick. I suspect that this was necessary because I'd installed a
new c-client library (as some folks in the archives had said might help such a
problem), and Apache wouldn't use that new library until it was restarted. I
can't say for sure this is what happened, but if anyone else is in a similar
situation, I'd encourage them to get a very current c-client library, install
it, and restart Apache.
