[imp] Problem with PHP/IMP...don't know

Hey Guys,

 

            Never installed IMP before, or Horde for that matter.  I
followed the configuration and all, setup the server, tried to access the
login and I get this error.  Here's what it is:

 


Warning: main(PEAR.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in
C:\Shares\wwwroot\mx3\horde\lib\Registry.php on line 13

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'PEAR.php'
(include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in
C:\Shares\wwwroot\mx3\horde\lib\Registry.php on line 13

 

Any help would be great.  Thanks.
