[imp] Displaying messages in other character sets

Hello,

I'm not a character set expert so I'll try to explain this as best I can. 
I'm using Horde and Imp HEAD from about three weeks ago.

I used to use an older version of Imp. In that older version and the 
latest, when I receive a message which is properly formatted in a character 
set other than my own, I get a little message at the top of the display 
which warns me of that and lets me open a new window.

My users tell me that in the older version, that new window would open and 
direct their web browser to display the message in the correct character 
set. What happens now is that the new window opens but has exactly the same 
character set as the original browser window. Somehow the instruction to 
the web browser to display the message's character set isn't coming through.

Is this a known problem? Any ideas on how to fix this or where I would 
start looking? I can dig through the code if I need to.
