[imp] Forwarding with full headers

If using HEAD:
Go to message you want to forward on the *mailbox* screen (no the message
screen), check the box next to it, and click forward.  The message will be
forwarded as a message/rfc822 attachment.

If using IMP 3.x:
You are out of luck.
