[imp] FreeBSD install ports or not

It does not matter: the ports mechanism will handle this problem of
dependences order. lang/php4-horde is just php4 with the required
options.

I would recommend the port if you need the -RELEASE versions. If you
plan to play with -HEAD, there is no ports available.
