[imp] Mime magic for text/x-patch files broken?

Hi list!

In current cvs when attaching a "diff -p" file, the attachement is not
recognized as text/x-patch anymore, but as text/plain.

That's sad, because when recieving this mail in IMP, the patch will not be
viewed as patch with this wonderful patch file viewer of horde. :)

I tried to find the reason. but I failed. Sorry.

I have PHP with mime-magic enabled. The file command recognizes the patch
correctly as diff output.

Does anybody has a clue? Did I miss a PHP requisite or is this a little problem
resulting of the "MIME libs to framework" changes?
