[imp] rich text email composition in imp3.2.2

Hi,

I'm looking to enable html and rich text email composition with Imp
3.2.2 (the latest stable version).  I was looking at the demo site
(http://webmail.demo.hub.org/) and saw that html composition was
enabled.  However, the demo site is, as I understand it, running
off of the CVS head of all the horde applications, something which
I'd rather not do.

I googled around a bit, including searching the list archives with
google, but didn't find anything I thought was applicable.  I went
through all the prefs, and changed the mime_drivers.php file to
allow inlining of html, but the html editing bar still didn't show
up.  I also went through prefs.php, but didn't find anything that
seemed to do what I wanted either.  I also checked out the Admin faq, 
which talks about displaying inline html here:
http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/config/index.php#c14, but doesn't seem 
to touch on composing with rich text.

Is there any way to enable rich text composition (bolding, underlining,
etc) for imp 3.2.2?  I'm willing to apply a patch or install a
separate program (I installed aspell and it works great).
