[imp] user-settings vanish after server-change

Hi,

using horde 2.0, IMP 3.0 with PstgreSQL 7.2.1
I got some trouble when changing the "IMP Mail Server"
trough the "IMP Webmail Administration"-tool.
In the field "Modify Mail Server List" I added a second server 
(besides "localhosr"):
mailserver.mpch-mainz.mpg.de (running the same horde-IMP-IMAP-aplication).
All went fine, but:
the -users-settings- (created when running "localhost") were no longer
accessible from the users and must be rebuilt.
After running (on localhost): "pg_dump horde > test" 
I saw (for every user) different entries for the two different servers
"lcalhost" and "mailserver.mpch-mainz.mpg.de".

How can I synchronize these entries that they can be seen independent from what
server is running ?
Propably someone can give me some hints about the interactive use of the
"psql"-tool, as I have only little experience with "PostgreSQL".
Can I make changes of the database through this tool even when the
horde-IMP-IMAP-application is running ???
