[imp] user-settings vanish after server-change

Don't use a realm in config/servers.php.

Yes, with changing the fields in your preference db table. But be aware of
duplicate entries.

That should work, but to be sure you can stop serving IMP for a few seconds
while run the sql to fix your db.
