[imp] Folders (yet again, but getting warmer)

Chris,

It is very likely a problem with setting the wrong folder path for the
IMAP server you are using (if differs depending on whether you use UW,
Courier etc).  Which one is it for you?

All this is documented in /blah/imp/config/servers.php
