[imp] Reading PGP-Mails broken in HEAD?

Hi there!

Since my last update yesterday imp doesn't recognize pgp encrypted emails and
simply displays the pgp encrypted part as plain mail.

I have uploaded my public and private key and activated the option to let imp
search for pgp-encrypted content in mails. As everything worked with my older
version of head, I think there is something broken.
