Found the bug ! It was only affecting international users, because of the 
translated "To:" string. The $select_event and $object_event was using the 
"to" from gettext instead of just using "to". 

Because that string appeared recently and wasn't translated before last week 
by myself, the bug wasn't visible before.

Here's the patch that corrects imp/contacts.php
