[imp] $conf File Problems

Just did a clean install of everything, and it seems IMP is the only one
giving me problems.  When first logging in, it seems to reference $conf from
the imp/config/conf.php, but when in the actual program, anything in this
file is "lost" per say.  I am getting a ton of

"Notice: Undefined index: <Insert_Variable> in /some/imp/file/template on
line <whichever has a $conf>"

Any ideas on what could be going on?
