[imp] $conf File Problems

Actually, this was caused by my debugging a different error, and I
accidentally re-initialized the $conf['user'] array!  Anyways, I guess there
is an error with IMP and the $conf['user']['online_help'] either not being
set, or IMP not being able to read the Horde $conf.

The error is:

 Notice: Undefined index: online_help in
/usr/local/share/pear/Horde/Help.php on line 555
