[imp] More Traffic than Required in IMP?

Pop is limited it what it can handle.  Imap would probably be a more efficient
solution.  The other problem I see is that just getting the first 20 messages
from the server would be fine, If your Inbox is using the incoming # ordering. 
If it's in order by date, subject, from or size IMP needs to look at all the
mail to decide what order it goes in(which e-mails are the first 20).  1000
emails in the INBOX, thats a user training issue IMHO.
