[imp] Login/IMP problem

Hey all.  Here is a description of my problem.  I have had CVS version
of Horde working fine since November on my server at home.  Now I have
to host everything on someone else's server.  So I moved over my
existing, functional installation of Horde.  I had to install the entire
framework within the horde directory as I am not allowed to do it system
wide on a shared server.  Everything comes up fine in test.php, and I am
able to login to horde using sql driver.  Then if I try to click on IMP
and login to my mail, it just sits there for a second, then it's like
the page refreshes back to the login.  It does not display an error, and
there are none in the horde.log or the maillog.  It seems as if IMP is
not even getting as far as authentication to the mail server.  I also
setup IMP to handle the authentication with the appropriate information
in servers.php but that did not work either.  If someone wants to check
it out and tell me what they think, I would really appreciate it.  I
have tried everything I can think of and I need to get this working.

The webroot and cookies are set to /horde.  A test account is not needed
at it doesn't get that far.  Try any email and pass to see.  Thanks for
