[imp] Problem with attachments

Hi,

I am running Horde 2.2.4.

When trying to open certain attachments that is large in file size, the user gets the standard IE timeout error page. But it happens as soon as you click to receive the attachment.

I am wondering if it has something to do with PHP safe mode being switched off?

Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so how did you resolve this. It is causing me a lot problems, so any help will greatly be appreciated.
